I have used a lot of Philisophy products for a couple of years and love the products however I did receive a bad bottle of microdelivery exfoliating wash. It was first bottle I ordered and didn't know what to expect. I knew I didn't like the product as it was just like using water and I got no results but hated to throw away since it was a super size bottle. I watched your shows and knew what I had didn't look like what you showed on the air. My husband kept telling me to order new bottle as he believed my bottle was not good. I ordered another bottle and it is nothing like the first bottle I received. I now know why I didn't like this product as the first bottle was not bad product. I know I didn't return within time period but was wondering if I may receive replacement.
