Merlot Grape Seed Eye Cream

I just purchased this from Walgreen's.

Does anyone use this product? I was looking for a new eye cream from a drug store that was not perfumed or greasy, or hopefully would not cause milia and this one caught my eye.

Has anyone had any luck with this cream? I do not have bags (so far) but I do have some darkness and a few fine lines. This supposedly addresses these issues. I just tried a little bit and it does not seem greasy at all but I am hoping it does not cause irritation.
