MALLY'S MASCARA DIFFERENT?

Recently received my SECOND order of 6 MALLY'S mascaras. They are dry and flakey just like the 1st set. Guess the formula has changed or they are old from the warehouse. Will be trying another brand.

We are very sorry to hear you received your Mally Mascara in that condition.  I will make sure this information is forwarded to the proper department to inform Mally of what has happen to you twice.  Please be sure to note defective on your return invoice so the return label cost is not deducted from your refund.  Thank you for your post.

Her eyeshadow is different, too.  It was my favorite go to eyeshadow.

@GSPgirl Yes we've had a few discussions on this in the past few weeks. The formula is different- we posted the ingredients of the previous version and the ones now and they are different. Many people are upset because they say it definitely doesn't work nearly as well.
