Lyn - question regarding TSV

I am tempted to buy the TSV. I read that is primarily for wrinkles but also addresses dark circles. Wrinkles are not a problem for me but dark circles are. Do you think it is worth buying it? I have used Cold Plasma and am pleased with it.

Should I stick with Cold Plasma? Or try the TSV to be a step ahead before wrinkles become a problem? And also try to fix my dark circles?
