Lip color/protection

Is there a lip stick'ish kinda thing that gives protection from winter drying with some color.

If I dont wear lip stick all the time my lips feel dry and of course "naked". I dont like that feeling. I would love to find the stay put kind, but they tend to be drying.

What do you do in this case? Do you put on a stay put lipcolor and then a beeswax or chapstick over it? What brands are best? I dont seen to care for the chapstick brand.
