July Exercise and Fitness Thread

Inspired by the July Chat thread, I think this may be fun for us. When we need a little help, maybe need to vent because we are having a bad day at work and thinking of having a candy bar (or whatever).

If we have a great tip or maybe a review on some new exercise video or a new tasty, healthy delight we can post it here Smiley Happy

My friend posted this on his facebook page the other day and it inspired me. I also like the idea of naming my fat blerch because I swear it has a mind of it's own.
