Is this order of application okay?

Keep in mind I enjoy my morning and evening skin care routines. So to use this amount of products is not a burden to me. I'm simply asking if I can use all these ingredients together and is the order of application okay provided I don't experience any irritation. The product in the navy blue spray bottle is Kiehls milky toner with lactic acid. I've been using all of these together with the exception of the matrixyl serum.

I'm going to put it all on right now and see if I experience any irritation. I'll look for replies tomorrow. Good night ladies.

Morning update...

My face is fine this morning. I guess I'll wait for @SilleeMee to tell me if I can use the Matrixyl with these other products without  canceling out of any other product.
