Is anyone using Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanser ?

I'm on the hunt for a new cleanser and stumbled on some really great reviews for this brand.I have a few concerns,tho.First,I am not interested in giving up my clarisonic .Second ,its not widely available,I think only direct from their US site.Any Thoughts ?
