I'm wondering if Mally's diamond un powder will leave me dry and powdery looking?

I like sheer coverage, nothing heavy or powdery looking. I would love to try it but with the shipping that's a lot of money. If you have it please tell me how it is. Most of Mally's foundation have the powdery look when I wear them and I use a light hand with makeup.
