Host Sharon, Tarte and women of color

During the Tarte presentation of the cheek stick, Sharon said something like, "I know the Tickled shade looks scary dark and you are probably wondering how it's going to look on me." For someone who needs dark or at least pigmented colors, I find this comment non-inclusive and alienating.
