Re: High-end products that are worth every penny

[ Edited ]

My favorites that are worth every penny and more:

Urban Decay eyeshadows, eyeshadow primer, and finishing powder

Cover FX foundation (liquid and powder - amazing shade range)

W3ll People highlighter and mascara

IT Cosmetics blush and universal brow pencil (I have been unhappy with everything else from this line, but i want to love it, and these things work well for me)

Lily Lolo EVERYTHING (mascara, powder foundation, facial mist, bb cream, lip gloss, etc.)

Alima Pure concealer (BEST I've ever used, and it's a powder - go figure).

I try to use cruelty-free as much as possible, but when I didn't, I LOVED Laura Mercier and Chanel cosmetics.  I would probably still be using these brands for everything makeup related if didn't care about animal testing.

well "high end" is all relative so not sure what the parameters are but I will just list what is worth the money, even though I personally don't necessarily think most of them are unreasonable due to how long they last me and the fact that they are all cruelty free.

Also not sure if you just mean beauty products or everything but I will just list beauty products:

-WEN Cleansing conditioners and the Spring Honey Lilac oil

-Tweak-d Restore (tub) and Ultra nourishing cleansing foam (can with purple writing)

-Paula's choice products

-Lalicious shower oil in Sugar Tiare Flower (thank you @FUTURE!!). I used to love L'occitaine's almond shower gel but since they aren't cruelty free, I had to change. The Lalicious is even better than the L'occitaine and has a much better scent.

-One Love Organics Enzyme Facial Cleansing Oil. Been using for some years now and will never use another facial cleanser again!!

-Davines Ol Oil Absolute beautifying potion.

-Beekman bar soaps, facial wipes, (and liquid hand washes in the brown bottles)- thank you to the person who mentioned these overa a year and a half ago (wish I knew who it was). We won't buy any other brand unless the change the ingredients or sell to a company that isn't cruelty free)
