In the past few months, I'm getting terrible black smudges under my eyes --very embarrassing to go to the ladies room and find I've been walking around with black eyes! The only change I've made is to start using Clinique serum for removing dark spots, and before that , Bobbi Brown mascara. (though I change mascara frequently and didn't have this problem before). Is it my concealer? My mascara? The way I'm applying it?

I've recently been reading "beauty banter" and you ladies are so very helpful, hoping you can give me some good advice!
