ELF

I was at Target today searching for a waterproof mascara that is not tested on animals. Yes I realize that's like finding a needle in a haystack. But I checked out ELF and it's not tested on animals - It was the only brand in Target that doesn't test on animals that I found.

The mascara was $3 and I got a waterproof eyeliner for $1 and love them both. I have a watery eye (new problem that me and dr are working on) and so far the eyeliner and mascara look just like it did when I applied it. Normally because I have to wipe my eye with a tissue so often, my eye make-up is every where.

I have never tried ELF before, mainly because it's so cheap but I'm happy for $4.

Anyone else use this brand? Does it last long or will this mascara dry out next week?
