Do moisturizers expire?

I found a BE Purely Nourishing Moisturizer for combination skin in my closet and not sure if it's still good. I'm guessing it might be a year old don't think it's older then that, but not sure if I should use it. It's a brand new bottle haven't even taken it out of the book. I did find some numbers printed on the bottom ED07C. I wonder if I call one of the BE shops if they will be able to tell me. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
