Oops, no links allowed. Didn't know.
If you use a lot of Daily Brush Cleaner, making your own is a breeze and better than anythink you buy at pennies for the price. I have it posted on FB on the Community Page of Beauty, Bath & Body Fanatics with more details.
This recipe can vary, I don't remember where I first saw it on YouTube or cruising the internet while shopping for brush cleaner or maybe Makeup Alley. I would like to give credit to the original inspiration but when I started making this, I didn't know I'd be sharing my version someday, on a public forum. I've tweaked it over the years which means you can, too!
Lulu's Daily Brush Cleaner
Pour each of the below into a 12oz or larger spray bottle:
1 cup bottled water
1/4 cup 91% rubbing alcohol or 70% is fine, too!
1/2 Tablespoon dish soap or Dr. Bonner liquid castille soap
1/2 Tablespoon shampoo (not a clarifying one, though)
1 Tablespoon leave-in hair conditioner
Gently shake and ready to use!
