Cold Plasma on my hands

I really didn't care for Cold Plasma for my face so I decided to use it up on my hands. I have almost the whole jar left. I've been using it for three days now and I see no change. If something is supposed to be that good for our face, shouldn't it work on our hands too? Or am I fooling myself? We always say, don't waste stuff use it on our hands.
