And I think I need a new one, or a new hairstyle. Seems as if my hairdresser doesn't listen to my anymore. She is overbooked now most of the time when I go in, and she is doing someone else's hair at the same time which can be annoying. She doesn't do a terrible job on my hair, it's alright, but just alright. I feel like I need a change.....how do you find a great new stylist when you go to a new place?

I feel like I need to interview stylists! And, it makes it difficult because I don't really know what I am searching for....just something that I feel I am not getting now.
