~Boots No. 7 High Lights Illuminating Lotion?~

I've read some reveiws (from Makeupalley.com) on Boots No. 7 High Lights Illuminating Lotion. Some have said it's better than Benefit's High Beam and also lower priced than Benefit.

If you've used it - do you love it? Hated it? Just "ok?" Any adverse effects or skin irritation? I have sensitve skin.

Also, do you use this all over your face or just to highlight specific areas (i.e cheekbones, etc.)?
