Any SPF in Mally's TSV Foundation?

Does anyone know if there is any SPF in the foundation in today's Mally TSV? I don't see it mentioned in the listing, but I'm hoping someone who already has it, will know for sure.

Also, I'm very fair and cool-toned. Should I go with the Fair shade or the Light? Usually, the fair is the cool-toned shade and light is more yellow-based, but I couldn't tell from the photos in the QVC listings.
