Which has more moisture between Bamboo and Pomegranate since I can't use Fig?

Good Morning!

I am gluten sensitive and can't use fig but I have dry hair. So I was wondering, which is more moisturizing between just the pomegranate and bamboo green tea? TIA!

I have used the fig, then switched to the pomegranate and had been loving it. I have dry coarse hair. I just didn't like how the fig felt. Then I ordered the green tea when it was the TSV. Last week? I am in love!! This is by far the best formula for my dry hair, it is amazing and "lathers" nicely with a good splash of water too. My hair is instantly softer and shiny. I can't say enough good things about the green tea. the smell is also really nice. I would say to try the green tea first.

Thank you! I already have the green tea but am not fond of the smell at all. Problem is I love the results. Sigh.....

I have fine hair.

Between the two, I think POM is far more moisturizing. In fact, I don't use it because it is too heavy for my hair. I have BGT. I use it every once in a while because I feel it isn't as moisturizing at SAM (which you can't use).

Another vote for POM. I get great results with it. BGT was just too drying for me

Have you tried the seasonal formulas? Pom definitely does not give me enough moisture and I need to use Fig, but I can also use the seasonals and have enough moisture. The seasonals are all soy-based and gluten-free.

Maybe you could buy a small bottle of essential oil and add a one or two drops of it to the BGT CC every time you cleanse. My BGT is currently en route to me so I still don't know exactly what it smells like, but some people have mentioned a green or gardenia scent (a bit like SGGT). Perhaps, it a jasmine, gardenia or lilly of the valley (muget) essential oil would balance the BGT scent. Whole Foods sells a good range of essential oils, or you could pick one up at a health store for around $10.

Best of luck!!

Since you liked 613 (but not the scent), the Seasonals are a great idea since they're a cross between POM and 613.

The Seasonals all have the amino acid complex, the extra skin care ingredients, and are soy-based -- 613 just has an amped up version of this formula. Although BGT is rice-based, it has a bamboo amino acid complex and additional skin care ingredients as well.

Definitely Pom over BGT, which is too bad because I really like the BGT scent more than Pom.
