I am a Wen newbie and I have fine hair that I wear blown out straight most days. However, I do have a natural wave to my hair and I sometimes like to "scrunch" it and let it air dry. For years I have struggled to find a way to make the curls/waves defined but not crispy looking. I think I have solved my issue.
All I've been doing is adding a small amount of the SAM glossing serum to my CA styling creme before I apply it. Then I just scrunch and let dry. If it seems to need a little more anti-frizz I give it a little spritz with the RTM(I've been using the cranberry seasonal or the BGT) and scrunch it a bit more. I've tried this a few times now and seems to be the perfect combination.
I know that this may not solve every curlygirl problem but I thought I would share.

Thank you, Saramarie, I will try that! As a curly girl, I'm always looking for ways to spruce up my curls. Happy Wenning!

Thanks, Saramarie! I know how hard it is to deal with wavy/curly frizz and I'm glad you found something that worked for you.
I tried that a few months ago as my last ditch effort and it didn't work for me. I love my WEN, but I've given up on all the WEN styling products. After years of looking, I finally got a sample of Curl Keeper, by Curly Hair Solutions, and it's my holy grail hair product now. I put it in after my leave-in WEN and some days it's the only styling product I use. Other days, I put a bit of gel over it for extra definition. I've been frizz-free since I found Curl Keeper. Unfortunately, whenever I order they send me a shampoo sample and I keep giving those away because WEN is my one and only for that.

No. I use it on soaking wet hair right after my leave-in and before I even get out of the shower. It can if I use too much gel over it, but it's easily scrunched out.

Curly girl here, too. I used to use all Wen styling cream, moouse, in conjunction with Diva gel, but still had too much friz. I had tried the Curl Keeper product and think I like it the best. I either let it air dry or sometimes diffuse dry my hair. I always follow with Wen glossing serum and wouldn't be without that product. On the second day, I spray with replenishing mist, moisten my hands with water and argon or wen oil and then scrunch in my curls. This treatment on day 2 & 3 reactivates the Curl keeper. All this is much better for my friz issues. I love my curls and love the fact that I can wear it natural and funky.
