THANKSGIVING PROMO - EASY PAY

I tired twice this a.m. to place an order on line and activate the 5 easy pay option and was unable to do so. I finally actually placed the order, but had to cancel as the easy pay did not apply. Has anyone else had any problems with this or am I just not tech savy? Thank you.

ditto...i'm very computer savvy but in the past had to call CS and just place the order....

I had problems at one time with this as well. I can relate this to you....IF the item you want already has ez-pays assigned, your 5 ez-pay promotion will not apply. You may not turn 2 or 3 ez pays into 5!!! DARN IT!

I finally got mine to apply by clicking on the singe payment and then it automatically applied the 5. There was already EZ pay of 3 offered.

So do you mean that when you bought it conventionally (single payment), your order automatically showed that your five EPs were applied? What about someone like me who received the e-mail EP offer but wouldn't want it applied to an order? Maybe I'm just confused. {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

If you don't use the activation process, it will not work. You need to go to www.qvc.com/Thanksgiving If your account was extended this Thanksgiving promo, this is the process to use to receive the 5 easy pays on the item of your choice over $50. It is good for one time purchase now through Dec. and then another purchase through the month of Jan.

Yes, I had the same problem. The order appeared to go through OK online. I activated the offer by clicking on the email. Everything appeared OK, then today I look at my bank account and they had charged me for the full amount! I called customer service, they are going to reverse the charge and put it on easy pay but it's going to take several days.

Customer service told me sometimes it's better just to call in instead of ordering online for these offers, to make sure there aren't any errors.

Yes you can, just click ONe page farther after your easy pay choice and it will ask you id you want the 5 pays...

The promotion is not yet available. In past years, it was valid for use 1x in December and 1x in January and was by Invitation Only. Look for a QVC postcard in your home mailbox regarding the promotion. If you do not receive a post card then chances are your account does not have this promo attached to it, or QVC is not doing the Thanksgiving promotion in 2010.

Keeping in mind that upon logging in many of us are getting "this promotion is not available on your account"... It clearly isn't available for everyone who logs in. However, if you do log in and it is available and you don't use it then yes, you will have to reactivate it when you do choose to use it. I seem to recall that from the one or two rare occasions when I was deemed worthy by QVC's grand poobah of easy pay...
