We used to deck out our tree in big fat colored bulbs, and that none-too-subtle big fluffy silver tinsel garland. Joe and I made a quick 'couple day' dash up to NYC last week and in case you missed some of the highlights on my Instagram page, I thought I would share them in this week's PMStyle blog. So, here goes, the 'Top Ten' coolest things about our jaunt into the Big Apple:

It’s awards season in Tinseltown, the big 2-3 month period that is the lead-up to the grand dame of red carpet walks, the Oscars. I’m BEYOND excited to share that for the first time, QVC, me, and Alberti from BeautyIQ greatness, are headed West for killer cool live beauty coverage from atop one of the trendiest spots in West Hollywood, to chronicle how the celebs get their looks. We are bringing cool brands and items, many of them new, plus tutorials, all engineered to surprise, delight, and invite in real women everywhere to the glitz and glam of red carpet beauty season. (PS: I am shopping for dresses already and plotting my spray tan as we speak!)
