I get mani-pedis monthly; sometimes bi-monthly depending on the time of year, and see so many young girls with their mothers and friends in the salon. They always appear to be enjoying the experience.😊

I would suggest a Visa gift card if you have no idea if the actual need is a coat, shoes, clothes or a "want" like makeup.

I imagine the tree is for those with need.

So many of the great options offered here are not available in my area, therefore I would have gone with Wal-Mart or McDonalds.

Even my five year old grand loves Target giftcards. We bought her one for her bday in October and then took her to the store. She has no real concept of how much she could buy with the card but she absolutely loved racing back and forth in the toy dept and picking things out. I also bought her a few things to wear, since I know with a gift card at Target, no way she is running to the clothing dept! 
I have eight granddaughters from age 3 to 20.....gift cards they like: Sephora, Ulta, Target, Old Navy, Amazon, Chick Fil-A, WM, and Famous Footwear.
