Received email stated UPS-negative had shipped purse!. I have not received my package

You haven't given enough information to determine why you haven't received your order.
What is UPS-negative? Did you check your order status? Did you look at the tracking information? Any delays? Did UPS say your package was delivered? Lots of questions need answered.
You can email the Social Team at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com with your order number and explanation. Someone there will help you. They are very pleasant and respond quickly.
