It must be the lighting, but Jessica Biel's chest area does not match her arms, neck, or face. I hope they take a more flattering picture!

I just started another post didn't know about this one but another poster steered me here. I happened to turn on E and saw Demi Moore in a dress with a huge heart behind her and huge flowers on the dress. Another gal with a bunch of pink flowers all over the gown and a trail with flowers. Bizarre stuff to me so can someone explain what the Gala is all about? I know it's been coming on for years but never paid much attention. Is it just a designer fashion show seeing how far/bazaar they can go with fashion?
