No wonder we had such a powerful earthquake in New Zealand!     If the moon can affect the tides and they print the calendars, I'm guessing we might get more activity ... just hopefully not in Southern California!

 

It's still daylight here .... can't wait to see the moon later tonight!

It's just coming up for us now. There is a bit of cloud cover but the moom shining brightly through it and is lovely.

Just posted a picture of the beautiful moon after I had a lesson on exposure from DH who is a terrific photographer. I didn't set up my tripod, but propped up my camera on our fence-line. I live in central West Michigan close to Lake Michigan, FYI.
