Yes it is. 
The photo isn't very clear, it was taken from inside a vehicle and raining.

I've had bobcats run in front of me.

I would love to see Lynx in person.

@AlsaceGal Thank you for your reply. Almost all of my photos are taken from inside a vehicle or a permanent structure. I think the wildlife are less spooked that way.
