I listened and it was all about paying ransom for American hostages. All I got out of it was: Pass out another Title which means nothing. An attempt to take eyes off his office and point them elsewhere. Conclusion? Nothing has changed since no legal charge has ever been made against any person or family "for paying ransom to any group for the release of a loved one". Much ado about nothing. How could there have been any confusion? The poster referenced the Boston Bomber in her first sentence. It was as clear as crystal. I suppose some people might have read the title and jumped to a response without reading the original post.....but who would do that?
