Happy Weekend!

It's going to be a busy weekend for a lot of us, so . . .

 

 

Saturday:

 

"May the Fourth Be With You!" - in honor of DS especially, but DH too! A few years ago DS and his college roommate (who lives in NYC) went to an all-night marathon of every movie in the series! 


 

Happy Kentucky Derby Day! - We went to a party years ago. It was so much fun drinking mint juleps, eating good food like Bourbon pie, and dressing up with hats! 

 

 

Happy Birthday in Heaven to my beloved brother, who died shortly after his 28th birthday years ago. I see so much of him and his mannerisms in DS. 

 

 

Sunday:

 

 

Happy Cinco de Mayo! -  in honor of my Texas friends and our time spent living there. We don't need an excuse to eat delicious food at our favorite Mexican restaurant, but we would never miss being there on this special day. It will be a tad challenging this year, but we will celebrate Sunday afternoon!
