a259219, Gabriella is wearing these and stated she has on the size 4. Take a look! I ordered these in the Dark Olive and the fabric is super soft and the fit is the best I've ever had from Denim & Co. I went back and ordered the black and antique denim....they're that good.

Also, despite having side pockets, they do not stick out and they do not add bulk to the hips. These are nice. Plus the waist doesn't come too high or is too big or too tight, it hits right below the navel. Tops look great over it...no doodads sticking out as there is no button and has a faux fly.

I wear these with my 2-1/2" heel boots.

The bad reviews were from people who liked the original Denim & Co pant with side pockets that these apparently replaced.

I look at pictures of clothes all the time and say oh I would never wear that....surprising though how nice something really does look on the body when you try it on. And the reverse has happened to me too, pants that looked super in the picture but had a terrible, wonky fit!

If you look at the click here sizes these are cut very skimpy. That could account for the bad reviews.

hh.....I do like a fitted garment although these pants are certainly not labeled as ""skinny"" and I doubt I would have bought them if they were.
