.    I also have brown eyes and Persona  Cosmetics puts out a makeup palette just for brown eyes. It can be bought on her sight or Ulta. It does go on sale during the year at both sights. Or just look at the colors to get a good idea of what they are. I have the Persona palette and I love it it. Many youtubers talk about this palette all positive  Check it out. The creator of this palette also have brown eyes and she said this is why she made it. The are both matt and sight shimmers.

@jobiz   Makeup by Mario just came out with a nude/neutrals palette. It's beginner friendly with a choice of shades for all eye colors. I like that there are light lid shades and ones a bit darker for the crease area. There's even one dark enough to add a bit of water on a liner brush or use as is and apply close to the lashes.
