Shipping Delay

ordered Joan Rivers Cardigan A283726  Oct. 13....still in process, when I called C.S. this am they has no explanation for the delay or info on when it would ship. Really?!

I think you would be better off posting this in the Customer Care forum instead of the Philosophy forum. You might be able to get some help from the mods in the Customer Care forum.
