Problem with Ultimate Miracle Worker

I recently ordered Ultimate Miracle Worker to replace my dwindling supply of regular Miracle Worker, which I have been using for years.  Problem:  It is balling up on my face.  I haven't had this happen with the old product.  I hate to send this back.  What is going on here?

There are a couple other posts about this.  Search miracle worker.  They basically said if you use a serum under it, try not using the serum.  Or if you don't use a serum under, try it.  They tried trial and error.

Not sure if on facebook or a chat but they said you are using too much product if it is doing that.
