I just went in to my auto delivery page and noticed that QVC cancelled one that should still be active.  It was supposed to have been good for one year but now it's discontinued after 8 months??  And I got zero notice - just saw it by accident.  That really stinks!

@sueinsf  - I've had that happen once or twice.  No explanation of why either.  What good is "locking in the price", if it gets canceled?

@sueinsf - that really does stink!  Even if it was on Philosophy's end - couldn't get supply or whatevever - the least the Q coul have done was give you notice.

I wonder if it is a discontinued item? I had that happen to me on the First Aid Beauty TSV from a couple of years ago. Turned out that they cancelled the A/D as the product was stored in the warehouse that caught fire.

@FlyersGirl  I had changed the scent a couple of months ago (but it was not due to ship until later) so I'm pretty sure it was available then. I may call CS but I don't expect them to be able to do anything about it.  I will double check see if there is a chance it is still available, or maybe another scent might be.

@sueinsf I know they (QVC) cancel orders if a scent is not available on an A/D. I usually get an email but not always. 

I just cancelled my A/D for the 64 ounce shower gel set from CIJ last

year. I had another shipment coming in October, but it was in the Orange Cocoa and Cream scent and either Heidi or Mari Lynn advised in a live chat that they were not making it anymore. I figured I would cancel myself instead of waiting for them to cancel the order.

I hope you can reinstate and get another scent that you will like.

I will just add that one of the A/D items I had cancelled was Philosophy's Purity wipes, as "no longer available".

When I checked, the exact configuration was still available, but at a higher price.  I was "invited" to reorder, if I still wanted the item.  No, thank you.  I wanted it at the price you guaranteed with auto-delivery.

Similar thing happened with the Authentic Gourmet croissants.  They were a lot higher in price than my auto-delivery.  I passed on reordering those as well.

I 💕 both Orange Cocoa & Cream and Fresh Cream & Mint, both discontinued.

Bath &BodyWorks Twisted Peppermint prodcts are very much like the Fresh Cream & Mint, but I've never been able to find anything that comes even cose to Orange Cocoa & Cream.

I just had one of my philosophy shower gel auto-deliveries cancelled.  I first got the email that they had received the order, as usual.  Then I got another email that the product was backordered and if it didn't come in within 30 days they would cancel it.  

Ten days later I happened to check the order status only to find that it had already been canceled, without any notice.  It still shows that the a-d plan is active, so I'll see what happens when the next delivery is supposed to show up.

I know this is an old thread, but can't find any other place talking about Philosphy auto-deliiveries being cancelled/ backordered. Mine isn't cancelled, just back-ordered. I've only received ONE of the four shipments per the auto-delivery sign up (Philosophy Lemon Custard holiday shower gel and lotion), even though they are still selling the same item for $20 more, without the free shipping in the plan I signed up for. I guess that's why they don't want to send it to me. Also, they cancelled my Fresh Cream dry shampoo saying that it was out of stock. I will never sign-up up for auto-delivery again, as they never complete the committment.
