Be patient!!!!  There was a weekend involved and it's only Tuesday!!!!

@LoveMyBabyHappens here often, but both of my most recent orders arrived before or on their EDD's even though they were in processing for a few days.  I've been fortunate for that to work virtually always.

I do often check to see what the EDD will be BEFORE I order. Knowing that date determines what I do.

Hi millie- I know, just frustrating that they've really never gotten their act together as far as shipping goes for a billion dollar business. Fast shipping is important to me, but the Q's is hit or miss, and has always been mediocre at best. (Speaking of my experience ONLY). I know I'll eventually receive it 😬...

I placed an order from Target late Sunday and it's delivering tomorrow (free shipping too). Long time shopper at the Q. I buy very rarely now but boy I sure did back in the day. Still love watching and passing time with it on in the background. Now I jump in the car and head to TJ M or Marshall when the shopping bug bites 😊.

I feel you pain, however I have had items "in process" for a week. 

However becuase of other issues regarding unauthorized charges to my credit card  and other issues regarding orders with QVC, I will no longer be a customer.  And I have been a customer from the beginning.  So sad.  My observation has been ever since they acquired HSN they have become WAY too big and they cannot handle it.
