Chandelight Glow Illuminator Best way to use these?

I have TWO now - One from the FIRST shipment then I just got the THIRD (I skipped #2) I got the coral, I normal do NOT wear corals however, maybe I should try it before I just knock it or send it back, I have light/med skin tone with dark brown hair so corals really should work on me, I think I just come from the 80's...PINK LOL!!

 

So, how should I use this without looking over done or glitsy?

 

Also, I'm going on vaction in Oct, maybe I can use this on my shoulders or chest area or would that be to much?
