Do you belong to a gym, or are you interested in a DVD?

Hulu offers Yoga Zone on the free side. The short sessions run about 25 min.

Look for "basic", "gentle" classes. If mobility is an issue, look for chair yoga classes (often found at senior centers). Have practiced for many years. Hope you find you love it too, 2cockers1cat - sounds like a fun place to be. Namaste.

If you can, take a couple of private lessons to learn the basics. That's how I started and I'm hooked. Enjoy!

I recommend contacting a local yoga studio and ask for a beginner/gentle yoga class. There's nothing like a trained yoga teacher guiding you and help you with alignment and making any necessary modifications.

You can supplement with an at home practice. I like www.doyogawithme.com for free streaming yoga classes for all levels.

Enjoy!
