I still take Nature's code - the original 5 pills not the condensed version.  If you're shopping for a new "V"  read read read the labels.  Some have lots of fillers which might (might) contain a shellac type as a binder.  It's buyer beware in the Vitamin industry.

(the 5 pill NC was changed slightly - the 6 pills including the little red one for your heart - was included - not eliminated - in the general vitamin pill - then you have 2 calcium tabs + 2 more)  I think they are well balanced for daily needs - but to each their own.

I second this.  I have a number of health issues.  I have taken Andrew Lessman's vitamins for about 8 years.  I have not had a cold of any kind in 5 years.  I choose the vitamins that target the specific issues I have.  My husband started taking them about 3 years ago after noticing that I was never sick.  We wouldn't take anything else.

I really like that there is a program on the Procap website that lets you mark the different vitamins blends that you take.  Then, it generates a sheet that compiles the individual vitamins and the amounts that you are taking.  For example, I take several that contain Vitamin C.  This calculates the exact amount of Vitamin C that I take each day.  My cardiologist especially likes that feature.  It eliminates any guessing.

They are expensive.  I never buy them unless they are featured as a TS or discounted price.  My health is worth something.  The fact that I no longer get ill means a lot.  I have more productive hours now.

I  find that Puritans Pride, Swanson and Vitacost offer affordable quality. They all have good offers and usually you can get free shipping.
