who want to get our bodies back in shape are going to do it??!!! What are your thoughts and wishes on this topic? I am so sick of talking/thinking about getting back into shape that I am boring MYSELF!!! This has to be the year for me... I am 48... now or never baby!!! I need a focused plan of attack... The exercise is where I fall short....

What are you beauties thinking???? Are you thinking abou this too??
