i was diagnosed with Rhomboid muscle strain, cervicalgia, and shoulder pain on 3/08/2013 by my regular doctors office. I have had this on and off for two years with this pain. they siad this could be due to from 2 other car accidents i had in 2011, and 2005. Where in 2005 i ended up in a neck brace with a strain and in 2011 i used my arms and upper stregnth so i wouldnt hit my face into the wheel. they put me on muscles relaxers and said that they should work in about 1-2 days and i shouls notice a difference. I only noticed a difference when they knock me out. Then when i wake up the pain is still there. It is very bad that when i do the muscle exercises they told me to do my shoulder and neck just freeze or the [pain just gets so bad i can move my shoulder. Should i go into the er or urgent care tonight and tell them this or should i wait it out. I am scheduled for pt on march 26th.
