Anyone have this equipment?  Do U like it?

It looks like it would strengthn the upper body and legs, which is what I need before my knee replacement surgery.

I've had mine for nearly a year and still like using it.  You can get an overall body workout.  I really like that I can sit  and pedal while watching tv.  It is very well made.  Most things like this fall apart shortly after purchasing if used regularly.  This is still in the same condition as the day I first used it!!  My boyfriend had both knees replaced 2 years apart and I  can say that this would be excellent  conditioning pre surgery as he was given excercises to do prior to surgery to strengthen his leg muscles.    For one knee usually a therapist will come to the home for a couple of weeks before you go to physical therapy so I would show it to the therapist and maybe it might be good to help with the knee mobility as they seem similar to what you will be doing in therapy.
