question for those who use a fitbit charge HR

I tried using it for my sleep last night for the first time... I really do not know how it knows you are asleep.... so my questions are:

If you get up once or twice in the night to say use the bathroom, does it start counting steps  as well?

When I got up rather than having a 0 count to start my day, it showed 64 steps. I really doubt I walked 64 steps just walking to the bathroom...?

I question the acuracy of this .

Yes, it counts steps for trips to the bathroom. Mine is 66 there and back, pretty consistently. One day I counted myself and was surprised to find out it was much more accurate that I thought.
