~ question about pasta ~

Hi all .... some of you know I had a total knee replacement on May 24, am home doing in home P.T. and doing really well. I still have no appetite, although I eat just because I know I must.

But, I have this huge craving for spaghetti! Why? I do love spaghetti, but why now?

Anyone know? Many thanks ....
