Happy New Year Everyone!
I just started Weight Watchers a couple of days ago... seems like a lot of you ladies are on it too. I'm a busy mom of 2 little ones and I would like to have some easy, quick meals to have at the ready. Today I had a made a pizza for lunch, I toasted a whole wheat pita, added some fat free pizza sauce and a bit of low fat mozzarella (all from Trader Joes) and baked it until melted, pretty good! I figure it was about 3 points...I also made a batch of steel cut oatmeal to have for breakfast for the next few days.
