I have posted this on here because hsn wellness forum it seems that nobody is ever there. at least they never answer you. It seems its more of a andrew lessman forum.
Anyway, I just received my pilates power gym plus end of last week. I have been doing the 3 workouts on the dvd. first workout -monday, second workout-wednesday and third workout -will be friday. Is this the way everybody else does it or should I just do 1 workout 3 x. I would like to get to the point where I can memorize the exercises and do them without the dvd. Right now I have to move the pilates power gym in front of the tv and do the dvd and then move he pilates power gym back. But how is everybody else using it.
