I'm a huge fan of ProCaps Lab/Andrew Lessman, but his phytoceramides were so expensive, even on sale with free shipping.  I have ordered the PR brand of phytoceramides (containing Lipowheat).  I don't know that they are standardized like his though.  Do you have any thoughts on this supplement? I don't really notice a difference even with AL's, but figure I need to use them in some form!
