Writing here, because there is a great group of people and by reaching out, perhaps someone who has had my symptoms. A month ago, became anemic due to my body trying to enter menopause the hard way (lots of bleeding due to a fibroid). The next morning thought I literally was going to die..just to move my head from side to side in bed was horrible, like my head was swimming. For a couple of weeks, whenever I would walk, felt off balance and very lightheaded...but no vertigo. MRI and CAT scan show nothing only that blood work shows anemia. We are now at a month later and still cannot resume normal activities...will have a good day, then a day where my head feels lightheaded when standing. I can sit fine..only upon movement. I do have hypothyroidism but take medication for it. Anyone ever have anything like this. Thank you.
