TSD for nutrisystem stated several times use all the product even if you are not happy and we will return your money for any reason. The product didn't work for me and when asked for my money back, was told I had to return unused product. Dan Wheeler was the host and I am sure he would not want his customers who believed him to have been deceived.

OK, this is your first post. Did you use all the product? Who did you call?

He didn't lie. They will refund your money if it didn't work, but you have to send it back. It's common sense. It looks like to me you are trying to keep the product (even though it didn't work) because they said you can use it all.

You can use it all up and still get a refund if it didn't work.

I'm pretty sure QVC doesn't request a return of food products. I'd try another call to Customer Service (to QVC, not to Nutrisystem) and double check before trying to return the unused portion.

What didn't work?
There is a science to the entire program. If you didn't like the food and ate something else, it wouldn't work. If you decided to supplement a bag of potato chips with the food, it wouldn't work. If you ate everything they gave you and no more and no less and it still didn't work, something else is going on.
I also don't understand why it would be such an issue to return the unused product.
You might want to try WW, that program is given and you can eat everything, there are no limitations but you need to follow the plan and not cheat....if you do decide to cheat, start your next meal like the first meal.

You didn't use all the product and follow the plan so you really don't know whether it would work or not.
An acquaintance called CS and did not like the Kind bars after trying a few. She was told to return them. I think if a food product is something that would spoil if returned then no they don't want it back to have to deal with the mess.

I did follow the program and kept track of everything I ate and drank as well as exercise. I am intelligent enough to know you can't eat a bag of chips and expect to lose weight. After three weeks I have lost 3 lbs. It did teach me portion control. I feel I can do as well on my own. It is the inconvenience as well as not following through on their word I am complaining about. Would you like to receive food that has been in someone's home in this troubled world?

Thanks for the advice. I did call QVC customer service again and got a satisfactory resolution.
