Kathy Wolf, a host on HSN commented yesterday, that several years ago she lost 60 pounds in three months. Does anyone know how she did it?

I thought they were all doing that program that they were selling.  Suzanne Runyon lost of lot of weight at the same time.

It was like a 6 week program or something.  Not Body for Life or Tony Little.  I can see the guy I just can't think of his name or the program.

The fellow that was selling the food program they were on died a couple of years ago.  It was based on your body type and what food and exercise would be best for each.

Michael Thurmond was on HSN selling his latest diet, they all went on it.
